It’s never too early for children to start planning for their future. Vista PEAK Exploratory P-8 staff members surely have bought into this ideology, and they recently hosted a career fair for some of their youngest students.
Kindergarten and first-grade students – many of whom dressed up to represent their career interest – made the rounds at the fair, learning about a plethora of career options like law enforcement, cosmetology and health care. Students visited stations, interacted with the on-site professionals and learned a thing or two about what the “real world” has to offer.
“I am going to be the president of the United States!,” exclaimed sharply dressed first grader Daniel Rios.
